"Stan Musial, after 22 years with the St. Louis Cardinals, ranked at or near the top of baseball's all-time lists in almost every batting category. The once dead-armed Class C pitcher had transformed into a slugging outfielder who topped the .300 mark 17 times and won seven National League batting titles with his famed corkscrew stance and ringing line drives. A three-time MVP, he played in 24 All-Star Games and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1969. This great 16x20 photograph of Stan Musial with Mickey Mantle during the 1960 All-star Game has been hand signed by Musial. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included. " |

"The irony behind Lou Brock's 3000th hit is amazing. On August 13, 1979, Lou Brock collected his 3000th hit off of the Chicago Cubs who 15 years earlier traded him away for a pitcher that only won seven games for the rest of his career. Lou Brock would collect 3000 hits and set the most stolen bases in a career mark at that time. Lou Brock has hand signed this 16x20 photograph of him bunting and running to for first base circa the 1970's during a game. Lou Brock played for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1964-1979. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included. " |

"In 2004, Tony La Russa became the sixth manager in history to win pennants with both the American and National League. In 2006, when his St. Louis Cardinals barreled through the playoffs and defeated the Tigers in the World Series, he became the first manager ever to win multiple pennants in both leagues and became one of only two managers to win the World Series in both leagues. With a managerial record of 2297-1986 by the end of the 2006 season, La Russa is ranked third all-time for total number of career wins, trailing only Connie Mack (3,731) and John McGraw (2,763). He is also one of only two managers ever to be named Manager of the Year in both of baseball's major leagues. Tony La Russa has hand signed this 16x20 photograph of him celebrating on the field at Busch Stadium after the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the Detroit Tigers on October 27, 2006, to win the 2006 World Series. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included. " |

"Endy Chavez was in the Mets' minor league system from 1996 until he was selected by the Kansas City Royals in the 2000 Rule V Draft. The centerfielder played for the Royals in 2001, the Expos from 2002-04, and split 2005 between Washington and Philadelphia before coming to the Mets for the 2006 season. Chavez had his best year yet in 2006, when he hit.306 in 353 at bats. Then, on October 19, 2006, during the sixth inning of Game Seven of the NLCS at Shea Stadium, Chavez made one of the most spectacular postseason defensive plays ever when he robbed Scott Rolen of a home run by snagging and pulling down a ball that Rolen had crushed and sent well over the fence. Endy Chavez has hand signed this 16x20 wide angle photograph of him catching a ball in the sixth inning hit by Scott Rolen of the St. Louis Cardinals during Game Seven of the NLCS at Shea Stadium on October 19, 2006. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included. " |
